30 DAY MONEY BACK & REFUND & RETURN POLICIES
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. Any requests after 24 hours shall Not be eligible for New Replacement. 
We can only offer you NEW REPLACEMENTS at NO Additional Cost if it falls under below criteria: (REFUND OF MONEY IS NOT APPLICABLE)
  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • Parcels are lost in transit.
  • No discount code is used at checkout
  • Items are not on sale (customer purchased at the regular price)
  • If you do not receive your item after 30 days from the day of purchase
Returns/Refunds
** NO REFUNDS / RETURNS FOR ALL ON-SALE ITEMS OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS (OR WHEN ANY DISCOUNT CODE IS USED AT CHECKOUT).
** FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR ALL ON-SALE ITEMS OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS (WHEN ANY DISCOUNT CODE IS USED AT CHECKOUT).
** NO REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT FOR ALL ITEMS THAT ARE RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITIONS
For the cases/claims of "Item Not Received",  Refund or Replacement are NOT Eligible if the tracking number is showing delivery status of any stages. This claim is also NOT applicable if the claim/complaint is made within 30 days from the day of purchase. This may be due to overwhelming demand for the "On-Sale" Products or due to International Logistics Delays which is out of our control. However, we still aim to serve our best to all the customers by delivering every purchased products as fast as possible.
Note: KINOBIBI will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. NO REFUND / REPLACEMENT IS APPLICABLE FOR ANY MISINFORMATION GIVEN FROM OUR CUSTOMERS. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before shipping your parcels to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
** RETURN and REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR ANY ON-SALE ITEMS OR ANY PURCHASE WITH DISCOUNT CODES.**
Returns / Replacements for "Item Not as Described" is only ELIGIBLE if:
1) Items are in Non-Discount category
2) No discount codes are being used
ALL Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund.
KINOBIBI reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
Delivery Time:
Please allow up to 30 Days (4 weeks) for all International Shipping (Both US and Non-US) which may be due to High Purchase Demand or Logistics Shipping Traffic Condition.

Warranty:
Warranty is only applicable to NON-DISCOUNT, NON-PROMOTIONAL, NO DISCOUNT CODES products. Any wear and tear, or damages caused by accident or after being used are NOT APPLICABLE for Warranty.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 12 hours window and/or because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics the next morning. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund if officially posted. If you've done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through submitting a ticket at our website Contact Us page
